1 - Early works
It's time to prepare the site for construction.

This is when the construction of your house really begins – with the slab.

During this stage, your home starts taking shape as wall frames and roof trusses are erected – forming the strong skeleton of your home.

Lock up is the construction phase when roofing, external walls and windows are fitted and installed – creating a secure lockable outer layer on your home.

It's time to build the interior of your house.
Read more7 - Registration of Titles
Your home’s title will be lodged with the State's Land Registry Services.
Read more8 - Occupation Certificate
At this stage, the Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) is received.
Read more9 - Practical Completion
Practical completion is the day all the work on your home has been “practically completed.”
Read more10 - Finance & Legal
It's time to start getting ready for settlement.
Read more11 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property to assess its value.
Read more12 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy, we can confirm your settlement date.
Read more14 - Settlement
On the settlement date, you pay the balance of the purchase price and receive its title.

Before settlement, our Customer Care team will contact you and arrange a time for you to collect the keys
