Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We have seen fantastic progress this month with all pads excavation to correct levels having been completed and all external retaining wall footings excavated, and blinding slabs poured.

Our teams have made tremendous progress with installation of all external stormwater pits, reinforcement cages tied and awaiting placement into trenches for the retaining walls. Further progress has been made with the completion of screw piling and commencement of pouring of retaining wall footings.

We will see bricklayers commence building the retaining walls this month, along with the start of the internal drainage and membrane to the retaining walls.
