Welcome to the final construction update of 2023!​

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

All lot slabs have now been successfully poured, laying a strong foundation for your new home. The ground floor framework has continued across the stage.

Looking ahead to the holiday season, the lower brickwork and first-floor framing are set to continue before Christmas. This anticipated progress ensures that your home is taking shape according to schedule, and we are dedicated to keeping the momentum going into the new year.

Settlement is anticipated for quarter 4 2024.
