We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

We are pleased to advise that our teams are now finishing off the retaining wall blockwork and core filling the rest of the retaining walls. Application of membranes to the rest of the retaining walls is progressing.

In the coming weeks, the installation of agline and internal drainage will commence.

The anticipated settlement date has been revised to late 2024, and we look forward to seeing the transformation of these homes into vibrant living spaces.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
