Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction has been progressing well at The Sands, below is a summary of the latest progress:

Homes 3001 – 3003: Scaffold has been removed unveiling the external finish of the homes. Internally, the staircase is complete and the painting and bathrooms have commenced.

Homes 3004 – 3006: Tiling is in progress with the bathrooms starting to transform, along with kitchens and fixtures installation beginning to follow. Watch this space in the new year as the homes continue to take shape.

Homes 3007 – 3008: An exciting time of the construction phase. Internally, the homes are transforming with the tiling completed, the kitchens, benchtops, doors and fixtures are being put in place. The landscaping has commenced and shortly the homes will come to life with greenery and electrical work.
