We are excited to bring you the latest construction update for your new home at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

Good progress has been made with construction documentation over the last few weeks, which is expected to reach completion in the coming weeks. In addition, we are nearing completion of our construction methodology and procurement review, meaning that we are on track to commence construction before the end of the year. This will involve preparatory earthworks and lot benching initially, followed by installation of screw piers and storm water & sewer services to each property.

At this stage, we anticipate construction to commence early December 2022.

The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival was a huge success!
A wonderful weekend was had with the thousands who turned out to enjoy The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival on the weekend. A festival of feasting, fun and fireworks and a celebration of the unique style and flavour that the NSW South Coast has to offer. The event showcased over 30 food, wine, spirits and beer vendors as well as family-friendly entertainment and rides.
