Shell Cove Construction Update - Sands Homes

We are pleased to bring you the latest update, and very first update for your new home in the Sands Release for 2023.

We have started the year off strong, with the Frasers Property Australia housing construction team now established onsite, with a site compound nearby ready to ramp up construction works as the year progresses. The site has been completely fenced off with sediment and erosion control measures now installed.

Earthworks have commenced onsite marking the commencement on construction with lot benching, excavation for footings and retaining wall tasks. In the coming weeks screw piling will be installed along with in-ground stormwater drainage, sewer and other services.

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, completion and settlement is anticipated to occur in mid-2024. This is dependent on various factors including registration of titles, obtaining occupation certifications and inclement weather during the course of construction.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
