Welcome to the latest construction update.​​​

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The internal and external drainage work for CN3001-3003 has been successfully completed.

The installation of connecting services between garages and the main dwellings in CN3001-3003 are now finished.

The backfilling of retaining walls has been completed, providing stability and support to the projects structure.​

Formwork has been initiated for CN3004-3006 along with the commencement of frames and structural steel for CN3007-3008, ensuring the integrity and strength of these buildings.​

Upcoming Works:

• Finish pouring slabs CN3001-3006​
• Commence formwork CN3001-3003​
• Commence frames and structural steel for CN3004-3006​

Settlement is anticipated for quarter 4, 2024.
