We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

We are pleased to report significant progress continues on The Sands homes. The following milestones have been achieved over the last month:

• The installation of the upper frame and roof trusses has been successfully completed for all remaining homes.
• Services rough-ins have been fully completed for all homes to ensure all necessary infrastructure is in place.
• The installation of fascia, gutters, and roof sheeting has been completed for all homes, providing a finished look and necessary weatherproofing.
• Skylights have been installed in all homes.
