Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

This month, we’re pleased to advise that we have partnered with OpenSpace, a platform that captures on-site photography and provides an interactive view of the construction progress of your home. We hope you find this new tool valuable. Click here to take an inside view now.

The team at The Sands is making excellent progress with the development.

Over the last month, the construction team has completed all services rough-ins, including hydraulic, electrical, gas, and mechanical systems. The roof cover, fascia, and gutter installation are also complete, along with the skylight installation.

All windows and glazed doors have been installed as well as the installation of vapour barriers and flashings, creating a weather-tight seal. The cladding installation has been done for homes 3005 to 3008 and external rendering for homes 3007 to 3008 are also finished.

The team has commenced the application of the external paint to the rendered units, as well as painting of the eaves on the upper levels. Additionally, the installation of downpipes, sunshades, and feature screens has begun.
