Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction has been back on track after the Christmas closure and things are progressing well at The Sands.

• Homes 3001 – 3003: Tiling has been completed with the kitchens, benchtops, and fixtures to be installed next, bringing the homes closer to completion. Not too much longer to go now as these homes enter their final stages, transforming into beautifully finished spaces.
• Homes 3004 – 3006: These homes are nearing completion, with the remaining fit-offs for services, fixtures, shower screens and carpet underway. Following with landscaping which will transform the exterior and the cleaning is set to begin by the end of the month.
• Homes 3007 – 3008: These homes are nearing completion and have begun the builder’s clean, showcasing their true beauty. The electricity is on, the lights are shining, and landscaping is underway, set to transform the final appearance.
