Planned Settlement: January/February 2025
- Bulk earthworks, sewer, drainage, water, gas & service conduits are 95% complete.
- Pavement capping layer and agricultural drainage complete.
- Pavement construction advancing. Asphalting commenced in key areas.
- Kerb and channel and footpath installation significantly advanced.
- 2nd electrical and telecommunications installation visit anticipated November 2024.
- Taylors Creek culvert has the headwall bases concreted and wingwalls to be poured by end October 2024.
