Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Wallara Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Site remediation works and bulk earthworks are nearing completion, and have been completed on the future school site.

Sewer works are close to finalising and stormwater drainage, water & gas works have all significantly advanced.

Pavement subgrade works will commence in late April 2024.

The settlement date is anticipated to be Q4 2024.
