Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Wallara Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Site remediation works and bulk earthworks are significantly advanced on Stage 22 and have been completed on the future school site.

Sewer works have commenced and stormwater drainage works will commence from January 2024.

Settlement Forecast

The settlement date is anticipated to be Q4 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
