It was a tight competition, but we have selected our winners for the Light Up Wallara Waters competition. With a full night of judging that kept our team trawling the lights displayed until 11pm, we would like to congratulate the following homes with their impressive Christmas decorations: 1st - 6 Clarendon Crescent ($600 prize) 2nd - 159 Wallara Waters Boulevard ($300 prize) 3rd - 44 Greenvale Avenue ($100 prize) In addition to their lights, third place just snuck in and took the prize for their engaging photo opportunity and fundraising call for SES Kilmore https://ow.ly/E9j250UtSrk - we loved the community spirit. Thank you to everyone who took the effort to light up their home. All winners have been contacted and prizes will available in the new year.

The first Women in the Driver’s Seat program for Wallara Waters has come to an end. Thanks to https://www.facebook.com/learnatprace for all their fantastic work in adult education. Not only are the participants on their way to obtaining their driver’s license, but they got some hints and tips on basic car maintenance. We are hoping to have PRACE back again next year. If this program is something you’d be interested in, reach out to PRACE and have a chat

At Wallara Waters we love Halloween and seeing how the community gets involved. To help families identify where you can trick or treat, we invite residents to drop in to Wallara Waters Sales Centre any time from 11.30am until 5pm Tuesday 29th October to collect your free ‘Trick or Treaters welcome here’ lawn sign. They come with a bamboo stake ready to insert in your front yard, or can be attached to your front door. For those trick or treating with your kids, rest assured that if you see a sign up, the house will welcome you. Once Halloween is over, we encourage you to store your lawn sign and reuse again next year.
