Wallara Waters Construction Update - Stage 22

 We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Council design was approved in November 2022.

Civil contract to be executed late December 2022 to January 2023. Bulk earthworks to recommence in January 2023 and we expect sewer reticulation and drainage works to commence first quarter 2023.

Settlement forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated between October to December 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
