We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The bulk earthworks that are currently underway on Stage 22 have recently revealed some additional geotechnical considerations. The major contributing factor was last year’s unseasonably wet winter that has impacted underlying ground conditions. We are working with our engineers and contractors to adjust our construction methodology, but unfortunately this additional work will delay our projected settlement date. At this stage the revised settlement date is anticipated to be Q4 2024.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Q4 2024.
