Valuation access is now available

We are pleased to advise that your lot is now pegged and ready for valuation by appointment.

We anticipate your settlement will occur in March 2025.

Please notify your bank or broker so your lender can schedule an independent valuation appointment. Please provide the booking link below to your lender/bank or alternatively contact Sasha Yang on 03 9258 1292 to schedule an onsite valuation (if required). Once the valuation is complete, your lender can finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.

Kindly reach out to your conveyancer for any relevant supporting documentation needed for your loan. If you are having trouble securing finance or are unsure about your settlement options, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We understand settlement can be a busy time, so the team is here to help.

The site access route is from Blue Lake Drive via Herne Street (in Stage 16) and along the site construction access path to Bild’s site sheds, as follows:

Soil testing access is now available

Please advise your Builder that access is available for on-site inspection. Please provide the booking link below to your builder to schedule an appointment or alternatively ask your builder to contact Sasha Yang on 03 9258 1292. Once the soil test has been completed, your builder can finalise the plans for your home.
