We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Bulk earthworks are now underway on Stage 22 and the future school site. Following considerable time assessing the geotechnical conditions on site, we now have a methodology as to how best to advance the bulk earthworks. This is in response to last year's unseasonably wet winter and the impact it had on underlying ground conditions. This additional time taken has delayed our projected settlement date. Revised settlement date is anticipated to be Q4 2024.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Q4 2024.
