Stage 22 continues to progress at a steady rate.
Sewer, stormwater drainage, water & gas works are 95% complete.
Pavement construction has significantly advanced with asphalting occurring in key areas.
Kerb and channel and footpaths significantly advanced.
Electrical and telecommunications installation is now at 60% complete. Balance including services across culvert crossing to follow.
Taylors Creek culvert has the headwall bases concreted and wingwalls to be poured by end October 2024.
