The Wallara Waters team are pleased to advise that site remediation works, and bulk earthworks have been completed in Stage 22 and on the future school site.

The Sewer and Stormwater drainage works are 95% complete. Sewer works are the first service to be laid as they require the deepest trenches, that can range from 3 to 6 metres deep. The sewer system will carry waste away from your house to a treatment facility. This step is crucial for ensuring sanitation and public health in your community. Drainage works refers to the concrete pipes for storm water that need to be laid in order to drain any excess rainwater. Pits will also be installed at various points. Proper drainage is essential to prevent flood and protect your property and all the infrastructure in your community.

Watermains and gas works are now 95% complete, which refers to the pressure mains which are installed to provide drinking water to your community and gas pipelines installed to service your land lot.

Pavement construction has commenced, and the construction layer and services conduits are complete. The capping layer is now 75% complete and crushed rock layer is also 75% complete.

The Culvert bridge construction has now commenced.
