Welcome to your September construction update for Release Two at The Quarry.

Construction is now 100% complete for Release Two and Titles have been lodged with Titles Queensland in preparation of settlement.

We hope you enjoy the recent drone photo taken from site, showing just how much progress has been made throughout the month of August.

The Title Registration process is underway with Titles Queensland and settlements are now expected to occur in late September. While we have experienced delays at the Title Registration process, we are working closely with the authorities to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you. If obtaining finance, please ensure your financier is prepared for settlement.

Important update: Soil testing and site surveys access prior to settlement

Soil testing and site surveys can now be facilitated each week on Monday from 11:30am to 4pm, and on Thursday and Friday between 9:30am and 12pm.
