Frequently Asked Questions

If you are logging in to myFrasersProperty, visit 'My Property', then click 'Track My Property'. You will then be directed to your Property Tracker, developed to guide you on all the important milestones.

Otherwise, simply visit the project website and click on Track my Property located on the menu.

Here's a breakdown of what each milestone means at the time you receive it.

Complete
The milestone has been completed, and the next step is either scheduled or already in progress.

In Progress
This means our team is actively working on this milestone, which can involve various stages. It’s a great time to start preparing for the next step you’ll see in the timeline.

Scheduled
The milestone is planned for execution as per the timeline.

Behind Schedule
We have not met the scheduled timeline for the milestone. However, we will always implement measures to expedite progress and ensure we catch up. Our Care team will contact you via phone and email to provide a detailed explanation of what’s happening on-ground if this occurs, so you can be prepared in case there are any changes your settlement date.

Certain tracking statuses may remain unchanged for extended periods due to the complexity of the process, which involves multiple steps and can be affected by factors such as weather conditions. For instance, the status "In progress" indicates that the milestone is actively being worked on and progressing through various stages. Depending on the specific milestone and its duration, you might observe the "in progress" status for an extended period of time.

Construct
Construction milestones include all the essential stages required to build your property, starting from initial groundwork through to practical completion. Throughout this phase, you’ll receive monthly updates from our Care team detailing the construction progress with images.

Settle
Settlement milestones encompass all the necessary steps leading up to the final settlement of your property, including arranging finances and legal matters, valuation and inspections, and concluding with the settlement itself. Our Care team will be in contact to remind you of these important steps and to assist you along the journey.

Move in / Build
Move in or Build milestones encompass all the steps following your settlement, such as moving in or beginning construction of your house with your preferred builder.

Our Community Development Managers will help make sure you’re settled into your new community with events and programs designed to promote connection and belonging.

If you bought an apartment or townhome, this is your opportunity to take advantage of the 90 days settling period to report any minor defects via the myFrasersProperty app.

The Customer Care team will provide you with monthly construction updates, along with additional settlement updates as you approach settlement and thereafter.
