The Quarry Settlement Update - Release Two

Your important settlement update

We have experienced a delay in the titling process which has moved the planned settlement date of your lot from September to October. We are working with Titles Queensland very closely to attempt to expedite the titling process, and anticipate to receive title registration within the next two weeks. We apologise for this delay and as soon as we hear an update, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.

Now is the time to arrange soil testing and site surveys for your homesite if you have not already. Please advise your builder that access is now available. To arrange the booking, please contact Alex Bax from our onsite civil contractor, Shadforth. Details below.
