Welcome to your August construction update for Release Two at The Quarry.

Now the majority of civil and landscaping works is complete, final tidy up works are underway ahead of settlements commencing in the coming weeks.

We hope you enjoy the recent video construction update, showing just how much progress has been made throughout the month of July.

Plan Sealing is now achieved with Brisbane City Council and settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in late August / early September. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with the authorities to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.

Important update: Soil testing and site surveys access prior to settlement

Soil testing and site surveys can now be facilitated each week on Monday from 11:30am to 4pm, and on Thursday and Friday between 9:30am and 12pm.
