Builder information
This unique build process has been designed to set a high standard of housing and landscaping that celebrates this iconic Brisbane hillside. The design guidelines provide a curated framework for residents with a form and style that positions The Quarry as the city’s most elevated and celebrated new masterplanned community. 1. Awareness
To ensure your new home is built in accordance with the design guidelines, we have engaged a Design Review Panel (DRP) architect who will meet with you to hear your vision and discuss your site characteristics prior to preliminary submissions.
2. Submission
Your builder will prepare and submit preliminary documents and meet with the DRP for design discussion. Once feedback has been provided, final design plans will be prepared and submitted for DRP review and approval.
3. Approval
Once plans are approved by the Body Corporate Committee, the DRP will issue a letter of compliance and stamped drawings within 10 working days of receiving final documentation.
4. Building Permit
Before you move into your new home, you will be required to request and undertake a final compliance check to obtain a letter of final compliance.
