The Quarry Construction Update – Release Two

Welcome to your May construction update for Release Two at The Quarry.

Construction Progress

Civil works are progressing well with the installation of pipework for sewer and stormwater infrastructure now complete. Construction of all inter-allotment retaining walls has also now been finalised. Excitingly, the completion of these works has allowed our contractor to commence construction of the road that will connect Release Two to the existing road network. It is expected that asphalt will be poured in early June. We hope you enjoy the recent drone images from site, showing just how much progress has been made in the last few weeks. Landscape construction is due to commence in May.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in July/August this year. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
