Brisbane's most elevated new neighbourhood is taking shape as the first homes are rising out of the ground along Ridgeline Way.

Homesites in Release One, Two and Three are now sold out, with just one lot currently available in the Limited Release.
Release Two and Three title registrations have been achieved and settlements are earmarked for late October.
Golding Contractors and Shadforths have now completed civil works in Releases Two and Three, as well as Naturform finalising landscaping along Ridgeline Way.

Earlier this month, we welcomed our newest residents to The Quarry ✨🏡🌿 With live music by Mary Lenz sunset drinks and a stunning grazing table prepared by Say Cheese, each new homeowner was photographed on their lots, standing proudly in front of their ‘sold’ signs. It was such a special celebration where neighbours connected for the first time and shared in the excitement of their future dream home plans. A standout feature of the evening was a live artistic experience by the incredibly talented Holly from Paper Hands at ClubQ. Holly co-created a stunning watercolour artwork alongside residents, showcasing native plants from the surrounding landscape. The hero tree that came to life throughout the night was the Golden Penda, which there are plenty of throughout The Quarry and a favourite for our resident bees. We’re so excited to watch this vibrant community continue to grow as homes in Release 2 & 3 begin to take shape. Keep your eyes peeled! 📸: The Photo Pitch

The expression everyone has when they receive a jar of The Quarry's very own honey! The thousands of bees living in our eight hives on-site are thriving at this time of year, thanks to Keperra's blooming flowers 🌻 We can't wait to gift them onto The Quarry's newest residents very soon!

Getting up nice and close with The Quarry's granite 🙌 If you visit us on 1004 Samford Road, you'll be able to see just how much of the site's granite we have repurposed for yourself. From giant boulder walls and crushed deco on our site pads to striking landscaping and water features, reusing as much as we can is extremely important for us in terms of sustainability.
