The Quarry Construction Update – Release Two

Welcome to your June construction update for Release Two at The Quarry.

Construction Progress

Civil construction has progressed well over the last month, with the majority of civil works now complete. The asphalt on the internal roads is on schedule to be completed in early June, together with the final electrical works.

Once the asphalt is complete, this will allow the landscape contractor, Naturform, to begin preparing for the hardscape works. This includes driveway crossovers and footpaths.

We hope you enjoy the recent drone images from site, showing just how much progress has been made throughout the month of May.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in July/August this year. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
