The Quarry Construction Update – Release Two

Welcome to your July construction update for Release Two at The Quarry.

Construction Progress

Now the majority of civil works is complete, landscaping contractor Naturform has officially commenced and is making good progress onsite. The hardscapes such as driveway crossovers and footpaths are almost complete, and fencing install is well underway. Once these works are complete, Naturform will begin ground preparation for the planting and turf installation. We will then see some final tidy up works across the stage from our civil contractor ahead of settlements.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that we have also commenced the approval process with Brisbane City Council and settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in August this year. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
