The Quarry Plan Sealing Update - Release Two

Plan Sealing

We are pleased to advise that plan sealing has now been lodged with Brisbane City Council for Release Two’s homesites at The Quarry.

This process generally takes a few weeks, so we expect to receive a sealed plan for each land lot from Council in July, to allow for title registration towards the end of next month.

Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.

Valuations

You can now arrange for a valuation of your homesite. Please advise your bank, and / or broker that access is available for on-site inspection on Tuesdays between 7am and 10am. Bookings are mandatory and must be made with The Quarry’s Project Sales Managers via thequarry@frasersproperty.com.au. You can make an appointment via mobile:

Soil testing and site surveys

Soil testing and site surveys can also be facilitated on Tuesdays between 7am and 10am. Please advise your builder that access is now available. To arrange the booking, contact Terry Bradley from Golding Contractors via Terry.Bradley@golding.com.au. Once this has been completed, your builder can finalise the plans for your home.

Settlement

As settlements are earmarked to commence in August, now is the time to speak to your financier and builder to ensure you are ready for settlements and your build can commence as soon as possible.
