Wildflowers & Birds of Frasers Landing event wrap up
At the end of October, the Frasers Landing community enjoyed a chirping Wildflowers & Birds event!
It was an enchanting evening with residents Barry Collins and Margaret Petridis as they presented a delightful showcase of the bountiful wildflowers and birds that grace our community.
The workshop kicked off another beautiful community conversation about how special the Frasers Landing environment is and is wonderful to have such passionate people in our community willing to share their breadth of knowledge. We now know where to find the orchids and the precise territories, names and characters of the different magpies - there's even a magpie family tree!
The presenters also unveiled the 2024 community calendar filled with gorgeous resident photos of the birds of the area which raises money for the Mandurah Community Garden.
