What’s happening at Frasers Landing?
Construction activity is continuing at Frasers Landing, with works underway in both the Forest Walk and Rivers Edge Precinct. The nature playground that forms part of Stages 3 and 4 Rivers Edge is now complete and ready for the community to enjoy. Certificates of Title have been issued for Stages 7 and 8 and we look forward to our new residents joining the community. Our landscaping contractors are undertaking some additional planting along verge areas to locations whereby most of construction works are complete. Additionally, some Bushfire Management works will commence in November to bushland alongside Hamlets 2 and 3, along Lakewood Parkway near Bickley Crescent and between the lake and the houses on Pardoo Lane.
- Perez Fencing, who are contracted to undertake the periphery fencing works will be closed over Christmas from the 19th Dec to 13th Jan. Their booking schedule is full for the rest of 2024.
- Some bushfire management works will be undertaken throughout November.
- Forest Walk Stage 9 has commenced clearing works.
