What’s happening at Frasers Landing?
Construction activity occurring across 3 stages, at Rivers Edge Stages 4 & 5 and Forest Walk Stage 9. Practical Completion for Rivers Edge Stage 4 is expected late January 2025. Streetscape and verge landscape works will commence shortly after as will completion of verge works adjacent the recently completed Stage 3/4 park. Fauna relocation works are in progress prior to last stages with clearing commencing in late March/early April.
