Welcome to the September construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Stage 6A & Stage 6B have now received Certificates of Title. The finalisation of landscaping works is underway, to tie this stage to the adjacent central parklands.
