Since 1924, Frasers Property Australia has created stronger, smarter, happier neighbourhoods that enhance the way people live life together.International in scale but local at heart, we understand the human side of property to create award-winning communities. We design, develop, build, manage and provide clean energy to the properties and communities we create, and we’re active in the mixed use, residential, commercial, retail and build-to-rent sectors.
Our communities
Just like the people that live in our communities, our development activities come in all shapes and sizes. Our communities include greenfield land developments, inner-city urban renewals, home building, apartments, and build-to-rent properties. Many of our neighbourhoods are mixed-use, meaning they also incorporate retail and commercial uses which we also often develop and manage.
Our history
Over a century, we’ve built up experience and a track record in developing homes and communities across Australia,. as we’ve evolved to become the Frasers Property Australia of today. This began with T.M Burke, one of the country’s first national property development businesses in 1924, through to Hooker Corporation in the middle part of the twentieth century, Australand from the 1980s, eventually to become Frasers Property in 2015. Over that time we’ve developed more than 145,000 properties for Australian families.

We’re a national business with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Hong Kong. Our communities stretch up and down the eastern seaboard and across to Western Australia too. These include iconic and award-winning neighbourhoods like The Waterfront, Shell Cove and Ed.Square in NSW, Burwood Brickworks in Victoria, Hamilton Reach in Queensland, and Port Coogee in WA.
