Welcome to the August construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Bulk earthworks and Civil works are now complete. Roadworks are still progressing and have experienced delay due to weather. 

Practical Completion has now been reached for Stage 6. Stage 6A Titles have been issued and Stage 6B Titles are anticipated to be issued in approximately mid September.
