Welcome to the latest Baldivis Grove Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Contractors have mobilised machinery including the delivery of the site office within Stage 6. Periphery fencing is being installed to secure the site  and to prevent unauthorised access as a safety measure. Bulk earthworks generally involves the cutting and filling of sand, as well as importing sand (if necessary) to reach the desired design level. The adjoining public open space (POS) is due to commence towards the latter part of 2023.
