Welcome to the May construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Stage 6 is progressing on program. With drainage now complete, sand fill can be laid with more than 70% being delivered to site. Underground service are progressing and common trench has also commenced. Weather permitting, we are on track to achieve Practical Completion and the Certificate of Titles in July 2023.
