Welcome to the July construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

The bulk earthworks and civil works have been finished. Roadworks are at 90% completion, and the installation of asphalt is scheduled for this week.

We are on track to achieve Practical Completion in July 2023, followed by the issuance of Certificates of Titles
