Construction Update

Welcome to the June construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Bulk earthworks are now complete. Civil works are underway with sewer, drainage, service and retaining walls now complete.

Roadworks have commenced and we are on program to achieve Practical Completion in July, with Certificate of Titles to follow.

Additional landscaping and fencing will follow to enhance the streetscape.
