Welcome to the latest Baldivis Grove Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Earthworks are continuing on site. Sewer works are now complete and drainage has commenced. The adjoining public open space (POS) is due to commence towards the latter part of 2023.
