Planned Due: 7 March 2025
Civil construction of Stage 26 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is now complete.
- Council has issued Statement of Compliance, resulting in the Titles Office registering the Plan of Subdivision and Titles being issued.
- Access to your lot for valuation and soil testing remains available.
- With settlements occurring on 7 March 2025, now is the time to ensure that all documentation and involved parties are prepared, so that settlement occurs as seamlessly as possible.
