Planned Settlement: January – March 2025
Civil construction of Stage 26 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is progressing well.
- Electrical and telecommunication cabling has been installed, with trenches in the process of being backfilled.
- Footpath, driveway and laneway preparations are underway, with concrete pouring expected to commence over the coming weeks.
- Over the coming weeks, your lot will be topsoiled, and street signs will be installed.
