Construction is now fully complete on site, and all Authorities have issued their consent for the Statement of Compliance. We are now working with Council to finalise the last of the Planning Permit requirements, so they can issue Statement of Compliance.
Once Statement of Compliance is issued by Council, we can then lodge the Plan of Subdivision with the Titles Office, so that Titles can be issued.
With settlements fast approaching, we strongly recommend that Purchasers ensure finance is in place, so that they are prepared for settlement, allowing this process to run as smoothly as possible.
