Five Farms team is pleased to advise that civil construction has commenced and is progressing well.

The roads have been stripped, boxed and stabilised, providing the foundation on which the road pavement will be constructed. Progress on the sewer system is also going well, with the infrastructure nearing completion, this phase is crucial for ensuring sanitation in your community. Additionally, work on road drainage has begun, and in the upcoming weeks, we will proceed with the installation of agi drains and easement drains.

Fencing and Lot Interfaces Strategy

As outlined in your Contract of Sale, it’s required that you fulfil the specified fencing requirements by installing Ironstone COLOURBOND fencing.

Your Residential Boundary Fencing is to be 1.8m high and footings are to be located on private lots.

This type of fencing is low maintenance and highly durable, and also maximises privacy to residential lots.

Prepare for settlement
