Council has issued Statement of Compliance, and the Titles Office has now issued Titles, meaning you are now at the final stage of becoming a landowner! Settlements will commence from 7 March 2025.
With settlement just around the corner, now is the perfect time to check in with your Conveyancer and/or Lender to ensure all documentation is in order. This will help make the process as smooth as possible, so you can start your build without delay!
