Stage 26 has been a hive of activity over the last few weeks. The watermains have been tested and are now live, and the electrical and telecommunication cables have also been laid - This means that your lot now has water, electricity, telecommunications for your internet and telephone lines, sewer, drainage and gas!
Over the coming weeks, we will see the concrete to all footpaths and laneways laid, including your driveway, your lot will be topsoiled, and all street signs will be installed.
