Planned Settlement: June - July 2025
Civil construction of Stage 28 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is progressing well.
- Drainage and topsoiling works are complete, and all street signs have now been installed.
- Your lot has been pegged, and the lot board is now in place! Access for soil testing and valuation will be available in the coming weeks.
- Concrete works are now complete, and your driveway is now installed!
