To help you prepare for the next step, we’d like to address some important information included in our Design and Sitting Guidelines as well as the Fencing Strategy.

Design and Siting Guidelines:

These guidelines play a crucial role in maintaining a consistent neighbourhood character within the Five Farms community. They ensure that all homes meet high standards while allowing for a variety of compatible housing styles.

Each Stage Guidelines is available via Build Portal

When you’re ready, your builder can proceed with submitting your design application to:FPA.Approvals@frasersproperty.com.au.

Fencing and Lot Interfaces Strategy:

As outlined in your executed Contract of Sale, it’s required to fulfil the specific fencing requirements in relation to fencing installation by installing with correct colour and material as in Ironstone COLOURBOND.
