Planned Settlement: Late March 2025
Civil construction of Stage 27 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is now complete.
- Drainage, road pavement, and kerb and channel are now complete.
- Concrete works and topsoiling underway.
- Sewer and water testing due to commence over the coming weeks.
