Civil construction of Stage 27 within the Wirrinda neighbourhood is now complete.
- Council has issued Statement of Compliance, with the Plan of Subdivision also registered for Titles.
- Access to your lot remains available for soil testing and valuation.
- With settlement just around the corner, we strongly encourage you to finalise your finance and to speak with your Conveyancer and / or Lender about your settlement requirements.
