Now that practical completion has been completely signed off, it’s time for the Plan of Subdivision to be lodged and registered with the Land Titles Office.

It's time to start getting ready for settlement.

Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

Once the land is registered, and has received a Statement of Compliance, you’ll receive a Settlement notice.

Settlements underway
Civil construction of Stage 23 within the Littlecroft Precinct is now complete.
- Settlements commenced 6 March 2024.
